Is this the weirdest 'fungi' you've ever seen?
I thought it was a piece of paper,
but when I reached down to pick it up,
I realized it was a mushroom of some sort.
It's the tiniest thing, only about 3.5 inches tall,
but very solid and thick.
The other side of the large cap has
been nibbled on so it must be tasty
to a snail or a pill bug.
