Lunch At Patty's

My hubby thinks Patty's Taco House is the only place to go if he wants cheese enchiladas and homemade green salsa. So, this week, while on vacation, he took me to Patty's to see for myself. I must say, he's pretty close to right. My theory is that as long as there is lots of cheese, there are no bad enchiladas - it's just that some are much better than others. I'm ready to go back and try their flautas and if I had the 'gumption' to get up early, I'd like to try their huevos rancheros with homemade corn tortillas....ummmm, I'm already hungry - again!
