I know he doesn't look like one, but this is an extraordinary squirrel dog. He does not like any strange animals in his yard. He even treed a porcupine one day. Fortunately his mama came home in time to have some one come over and get rid of it before he was able to get it out of the tree. This lovely little dog weighs 200 lbs and he loves people. He is a real gentle giant.
